I know they say don't look at the number of questions because it tells you nothing, but this test really screws with your head!!

I got 75 questions, and I have NO IDEA how I think I did! I know it goes by level 1, 2, and 3, but how can you tell what level questions you had? (concept, application, and analysis). What kinds of questions are analysis questions?? :/ I had a lot of teaching/priority. No math. Not that many SATA. it is going to be a LONG 2 day wait!

I'm in the same boat. 75q's and i don't know what to think. I had infection control, a lot of priority, a few delegation, a lot of med teaching/SE's, and 19 sata. I am scared because i had a sata at the beginning of the test and was repeated later on during the test (just in different words).

BTW i had 2 math questions also.

Wow, I had zero math questions but I'm sure close to half of my exam was medications. I pray that we all do pull through and succeed. The waiting game is totally mind boggling! That exam was truly scary....I wish all the best to all of you test takers, hopefully we will fare well.....

all you have to do is go to the board and see if your license is valid hon... 48 hours....good luck!!!

:D ok, I dont know if there is any way to make anyone feel better while they wait for the results.... BUT.... I took my test last week, I had 2 math questions that I had no idea how to do, so we will assume I got those wrong, I had meds I never heard of and 25 SATA questions. The computer shut off at 75! I burst into tears, and continued to cry and throw up for the following 48 hours. I was POSITIVE I failed!!! I didnt answer one question with any confidence.......Guess what.. I passed. :yeah:

You all need to try and think positive (did you read the Secret? (jk)

Hang in there..... you will make it, and I bet you passed!!!!

I am totally with BabySweetPea! She put it perfectly! I think nursing school probably prepared us to take this test; and we have more in our brains than we believe. Keep your heads up and your hearts faithful, people! It can be done!! Kierstan, RN

babysweetpea,

thank you for your encouraging words. you are right, we study hard in the nursing school as well as preparing for this test. we should be positive.

by the way, regarding the book : the secret, is the author rhonda byrne, i haven't read the book but it will be good idea to start reading for enjoyment. :wink2:

I am so glad to read this tread! I took the RN NCLEX today, 75Q in 50 min. I am already an LPN, just finished the Bridge Program. I had 5-8 Select all that apply, 0 math, 10 or so peds, 10 or so OB, lots of meds, and a 2 questions I had repeated just worded differently! I had lots of priortiy. Good luck to all!!! We have come this far now all we have to do is wait!!!

I had a couple of repeated questions two, different wording. Still thinking about those math questions that I certainly failed. For the most part I felt pretty confident but now my concern is that I got like 5-6 math questions 2 easy and 3 kind of difficult to me.

I hope we all pass, I am praying for that.

Hi All:

I received 75 questions on my test today as well. Remember, approximately 85% of those who test PASS!! Have faith, I think we all passed, and I am the most fearful person in the world about stuff like this.

God bless each and everyone of you, and I pray he gives you the peace that transcends all understanding. I'll pray for each of you over the next few days, and pray for me to please!!

Thanks for your reply,

Yeah you guys are right ther is no way to predict the results. I feel much better and confident as the time goes by. This forum is GREAT. Although, I have not met the members of this forum, I will keep all you in my thoughts and in my prayers forever.

Thanks A LOT for your wishes and support,

God bless all of you

i took it today too! 75 questions in 1 hour 45 minutes..i didn't keep track of the number of SATA, maybe 10 of them, some meds, one calculation which is really easy, prioritization and infection control..in my opinion, the questions are simple & easy, yet i can't really say that i answered them correctly! i know i got few right, but the rest, i feel like i just guessed them after narrowing it down to 2 choices..i know its gonna be a long wait..people around me are asking how i did, i said i don't know, im not certain that i passed and i dont want to be negative that i failed..i said i'll just wait for the letter, and they have the nerve to say, oh you should know! it's all in the book! they don't have any idea what the test is all about and they have the nerve to say those things..they're not helping at all...goodluck everyone!
