I know they say don't look at the number of questions because it tells you nothing, but this test really screws with your head!!
I got 75 questions, and I have NO IDEA how I think I did! I know it goes by level 1, 2, and 3, but how can you tell what level questions you had? (concept, application, and analysis). What kinds of questions are analysis questions?? :/ I had a lot of teaching/priority. No math. Not that many SATA. it is going to be a LONG 2 day wait!

Well I hear math questions are not a good sign, but I had 3 math questions and I failed 2 of those. Suzanne and many others have said it many times, there is no absolute way to predict. You have to pass at 50% or more on all sections to pass the test. SATA questions are a type of format and nothing more. I know people (my sister) who got very few SATA and passed.
I know its easy for me to say all this, but believe me its much better to keep your mind engaged with other things instead of freaking out.
By the way, I passed with 75! I also had many teaching, infection control, priority, and SATA questions in addition to my 3 math questions. So, good luck and hope to see your glorious post soon!

All I can offer you is my experience!! I took the NCLEX on Friday morning at 8am. I had 75 questions and it took me just over an hour. I had what seemed like 30 meds/teaching about meds questions. 2 med calcs, 5-7 SATA and alot of priority/infection control. It seemed like they were easy questions, but with NO easy answers!! I walked out of there relatively certain I had failed. I found out yesterday (exactly 48 hours later) that I had PASSED!! Keep a positive outlook, and don't make yourself sick with the stress of the wait! Good luck, and I'll keep you in my prayers.

I also just took my NCLEX this morning with 75Q in about 45 min. I didn't get any math and got 10 SATA and a ton of meds and priority questions. I'm freaking out and wish it was already 48 hours from now. GOOD LUCK :)

I'm in the same boat, I took NCLEX this morning and the computer shut down on 75Q. I was in a state of shock, I immediately started crying because I felt as though I didn't know anything!!!!!! I'm so confused........

I am with you also...I just got back from taking the NCLEX-RN...I had 75 questions, it took me about 1.5 hours to take it. I had two math questions, tons of medications (that I didn't know), probably 7 SATA, and lots of priority. I could always get it down between 2 and then I had to just try to think it out...I don't think my exam went to well in all honesty - I just don't have a good feeling. I wish the best of luck to all of you!!! :)

I'm in the same exact boat. I also took mine today and got 75. I'm feeling so bummed right now because I'm like you...I have absolutely NO idea how I did. I had probably 20-25 SATA, lots of teaching, prioritizing and infection control, no math, maybe 5-7 med questions, quite a few peds, and 1 OB. I came home a took a LONG nap because I was completely brain dead. These next two days will be torture. I will pray for both of us :)
Sounds like you all did great! Keep us posted with your results:D

We have come this far now all we have to do is wait!!!

I always thought shutting off at 75 is a good thing, but who knows? I just came back from taking my RN NCLEX and it shut off at 75 - won't comment on the details, but I did have math questions. I pray for us all AND THESE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS WILL BE TORTURE!!! I signed up for LVN overtime so I didn't have to sit and dwell on the test....God speed:redbeathe

I got 75 Q, my test was weird, maybe 15, or 20 meds, teaching, tons of priority, some infection control. I felt pretty confident except for the math questions I heard they are not high level questions but I got at least 5, I am sure I failed 3. I am scared, I hope and can pass. I was and I am praying for all of us who took and are taking the NCLEX.
Unfortunately I am in California, so I don't have quick results available.
Good luck to all of us
