I run NCLEX 4000 fine on my laptop using Windows 7. Never had an issue.

I cant get it to run on any computer with 7 on it

nclex 4000 will not run using windows 7 64-bit. only with 32-bit..if you are using windows 7 64-bit, try downloading windows virtual pc..

hi i am nclex 400o cd ... it was not working with my computer .. so i called the customer service number given in the cd cover .they were able to help me by sending aa link which supports these types of issue . now i am using without any problem . they gave step by step instruction . so dont get upst . please give a try.

did they send you a file cause id love that?

Merina, thanks for the info. I had the same issue as I just purchased the CD and could not run it on my pc. Their hours are 8:30 AM to 8 PM EST.

Does anyone have that customer service number please??

Sorry but i have to ask, what is windows virtual pc? My laptop is 64 bit and there are so many things that wont run on it. Maybe this would be the answer to my prayers.

Virtual PC is an application Free usually that gives you another installation of windows usually you run an install of win xp in 32 bit mode and it shares drivers so it is very good it will run most everything but I just really dont like to use it if I dont have to.

Thanks! I didn't want to give up my palm (and didnt know 64 bit was an issue or vista for that matter when I bought my computer). I called palm and they told me to buy vista 32 bit, and have both if I had enough memory then basically to have a nice day. I am not a computer wiz, it sounded complicated or maybe I was overwhelmed from finals so I just bought a different cell phone. I think I might look into this now that the dust has settled and see if it might help.
