No we have a few Centers but there is no large healthcare affiliations.

I used to come here often after I graduated, I am wondering if there is an area in the forums that center around Surgical Centers. I am new to the management role and in the Surgical Center it's a challenge due to the fact that I have so many questions, and I am not certain where to find the answers to them. For instance scope of practice for my CNA's As well as LPN's and RN's Policy Writing I have a lot of questions in terms of writing Policies, when we write policies for a center or place of business we have to have the policy be compliant with Joint Commission as well as it being legal what might be a good resource for such things? Any help or direction to another forum that might center on some of these topics would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Sean

I have to do a presentation on effective communication and was hoping to find some good examples of bad charting I have heard some over time but now need to recall some of it for a paper anyone know where I might find some decent examples.

This seems to be the only math I really understand well and as I approach my senior year I am learning Titration problems there are all different kinds of them however what I wanted to ask is this. Does anyone know where I can get really challenging questions and answers for the math in dimensional analysis because most of the learning examples are easy and the set ups are fast then when you get to a test your spending tons of time because you didn't study anything that represented what you now have in front of you. So if anyone knows where I can get good titration problems that are very hard with answers and examples of how to figure them out I would appreciate it.

Also I was able to get the support number from the web for the nclex 4000 and basically they have a new exe file for the 64 bit version the thing is they have it in a predestined self extracting exe file so if you didnt put it where they think you did it wont work. exract it to your desktop and then replace your old exe wherever it is. done works great

Virtual PC is an application Free usually that gives you another installation of windows usually you run an install of win xp in 32 bit mode and it shares drivers so it is very good it will run most everything but I just really dont like to use it if I dont have to.

Does anyone have that customer service number please??

Anyone having an issue to get NCLEX 4000 to run on windows 7??

I am about to take my final exam and we were give alot of new material on HIV and other STD's, Im ok with reading the material I have but this is all on my final and I am not able to find test questions on these subjects to save my life. I need to quickly find questions for HIV and gonnorrhea, syphilis all of them really. Any help at all would be great I do have the following NCLEX 4000 Saunders edition 4 Med Surge Success Lipincott 9th edition I have only been able to dig up maybe a dozen questions, this is 30% of my final grade I really want to find alot to be comfortable with the subjects Thanks in advance I appreciate any help at all

I dont know the ones I got wrong yet, I was hoping to find something about identifying the stem of aq question and there was more to it then that but it was a way to better understand each question.

I need help in identifying the question im being asked better, I just scored a 76 on a test where the girls I taught most of this material on this test scored high 90's I know that I am haviong aproblem indentifying and reading the question properly can anyone help me with this?
