hello there!!!
yes mate! AHPRA is the first step but in order to satisfy them with the requirements, one should have a valid ielts & at least 3 months experience in the clinical field. hope this would help :)
btw i am being guided by a licensed migration agent in oz who is a family friend also
Hi NokmaKaba,
The thing that takes the longest is by far AHPRA. sOME of us on here waited 12+ months for the lettter to do the bridging program!!!! But somone I know applied to AHPRA in December and got his referral letter in March, less than 12 weeks!! Does not seem very consistent in AHPRA with the rest of having to wait so long
Hi nurse username, yes i think you have to because it is one of the vital requirements in applying for bp and visa... I almost have the same dilemma, however mine will expire at the end of my bridging program. And i think i should take ielts again since ielts should be valid when i reapply to ahpra again.
thank you. may i have your email address? i'm eyeing on etea too :)
purply20so it is feasible to have criteria # 2 (The education institution where you studied was externally accredited during the period when you undertook your studies.) would come from CHED instead from the school, as well as #8 pharmacology?
thanks!
The external accreditation must come from CHED but the pharmacology outline must come form the school. Good luck!
Guys, from whom or where can I ask for MRSA clearance? Also, regarding vaccinations, how long's the interval of giving different types of vaccine?
By the way, I already had my medical exam at St.luke's extension clinic. According to nurses there, the next step is to wait for the visa. It's been6days since I had my medical exam. I didn't receive any confirmation that my medical exam has been forwarded for visa processing on my email account. Is this ok? Do I need to follow-up or 'll just wait for an email?thanks again.. :)

Are you for IHNA? St Luke's could do the MRSA Clearance for you. :)
I just remember to post in this website about mg progress. By the way, I received my letter from AHPRA for bridging last january 12, 2015. They give until one year to process, so until January 2016. I am planning to apply for Bridging maybe by May. Is anyone of you knows if AHPRA can extend the period of 1 year in case you'll be late? Thank you so much. God bless us with our plans in life!

Hi, im assuming you already took the ielts... first step download the application form for overseas trained nurses division 1 in Ahpra's website... there you can read and at the same prepare the necessary documents that you will need to submit together with your application... while doing that also check if you satisfy criteria 1 - 8... may i ask since you are in saudi arabia, do you have or have u applied for a police clearance in saudi? Because that one is also needed for the application and for future use.
