I don't know how will I enter my first given name because only 1 name is accepted. I got two first given names..how am I going to enter that. is it ok to enter it in one word without a space? Guys, from whom or where can I ask for MRSA clearance? Also, regarding vaccinations, how long's the interval of giving different types of vaccine? By the way, I already had my medical exam at St.luke's extension clinic. According to nurses there, the next step is to wait for the visa. It's been6days since I had my medical exam. I didn't receive any confirmation that my medical exam has been forwarded for visa processing on my email account. Is this ok? Do I need to follow-up or 'll just wait for an email?thanks again.. :)

Guys, my prc license will expire on October this year. Do I have to renew it first before applying for a visa? It will take about a month before I can receive the renewed license and this might cause delay on the application and processing of visa..
