Does anyone know of any websites that have pictures of microorganisms? My lab instructor told us we will have to identify pictures of a parimecium, amoeba, and a euglena. Some of these I'm having trouble finding in my textbook.

How many more tests do you have? WE just have a couple weeks, 1 lecture test and the final left.

Hang in there and keep working as hard as you have. You will get your A, I am sure of it!!!!!!!

I think we have one more test and then the final. Probably one more quiz too. But we're on antimicrobial drugs, so at least the class is finally interesting!

I am officially annoyed! Our 4th exam is on Tues and it covers all the freakin' bacteria, viruses, and fungi, but the thing is--she only assigned reading/quizzes for the bacteria and then she sort of mentions the viruses/fungi randomly and we're supposed to just know everything! I'm not trying to complain, but man, some organization would be nice! And no one can get a straight answer out of her either. It is over 100+ bacteria, viruses, and fungi and we have to know their structure (all that good stuff), symptoms, diseases, treatment, etc.

ooh boy. I'm just glad my average is over 100% right now so I don't have to stress TOO much, but I am anyway! I've been studying hardcore since Thursday (and before, but the REAL studying started Thursday, if you know what I mean).

We have no tylenol and I have a headache:scrying: I think I will have some rooibos red "tea."

All this and I am studying for the practical, a dev. psych exam that covers 700+ pages, and a nutrition exam!

sorry for complaining so much. I'm not actually much of a complainer when it comes to school, but this forum is a great place to vent!:)

Also, I think I have an impacted wisdom tooth! ughhhhh--no money and definitely no insurance. It is weird though because it is very high up and if it did grow, it would be directly above another molar--I hope it isn't a tooth, but then again, better than some strange growth I guess

Just finished my Gram neg and gram pos unknown papers to be turned in tommorow:monkeydance:. I had Bacillus subtilisand Escherichia coli WoooHOOO done with that! I have my final lab practical tommorow:trout:, and my final lecture test next Monday.:balloons:

I am freaking out...it looks like the hardest exam of the semester is our last on with 4 chap[s covered in only a week and half of lecture! ARG! I have both exams this week and I move across country on Saturday. I cant wait for this class to be over..............................................

We just had a test today. We have 2 more. One lab, one lecture. We have this week and next week to get them in. One is on Tuesday next week and one on Thursday. Just a bit of cramming it all in.

But on a lighter note... I applied for a scholarship and I got it. I am applying for the nursing program at my school at the end of this semester. It is fifteen hundred dollars. My school is a community college so the money will go a long way. I am so excited!

I had my lab practical final last night-got an 85, so a 97 is my final grade in there. I think I have figured that I need a 50% on my lecture final to squeak by with an A!
