She was unsure of that but she did tell me that a lot less people apply for Spring than Fall. This definitely works in our favor.

I dont know about all of you guys but I am going completely crazy! It seems like it is taking forever for sept 1 to get here, I can just imagine how long it will take for mid October.... Anyways, Wish everyone the best of luck! Hope no one is going as insane as I am, thinking and wondering how my scores compare to everyone elses! At least I just got a new job at a hospital so hopefully that will distract me for a bit. Happy waiting all of you! Please post any new info you hear!

Hi everybody its not even sep 1 and im checking me email like a dumbo...My gpa is 4.0 and teas 81 so i dont know what my chances are but i pray. i applied to transitional and generic...

Hi pnky!!! I think that your chances of getting accepted are pretty good, so don't worry about it. :yeah:

You just have to think about something else, otherwise this long wait is going to be even longer.

Hey guys, first time here and excited. I applied as well for the Spring 2012. My Teas score was a 81.3 and my science GPA is a 3.62. Hopefully I have a good shot at entering the generic and accelerated options.

Thanks alexl and zephead. I got hired at Mercy Hospital as a paramedic emergency room technician. So hopefully this will help get my mind off of this whole nursing thing!

Zepphead quick question. I was reading the thread from the fall semester and I could have sworn that you got accepted last semester... what happened?

Hi Everyone!! I am new on this message board and I have read all your posts. Good luck to everyone! I applied for Spring generic and accelerated. I have a 2.8 science GPA (not too good, I know) and I got an 80.7 on my TEAS. Hopefully I have a good shot at getting into the program this semester..anyone out there know what the scores and GPA's applying more or less are? Do you think I have a shot?

Hey Madarmes, you're correct I was accepted for the Fall, but I had a family situation that prevented me from accepting, so I declined my spot. Thankfully, that situation has been taken care of, and I'm all clear for the Spring semester. Just hoping that my hard work will pay off once again, and hopefully we'll all make it in together!

Oh I see, well I am very glad that everything has worked out for you. I am sorry you have to go through all this again but in the end what doesnt kill you will only make you stronger! hehe. Im sure you will be accepted again, your scores are outstanding, but just like everyone else, good luck! Did you happen to attend the orientation last semester? or did you drop your spot before that? I am just trying to figure out what the schedule is like. Is it a mon-fri 9-5 deal or is it different times for different people. I dont understand why the school refuses to post more useful information to help people plan their lives around going to school! Its like a mystery and the faculty at the school pretend not to know anything about the program!

Hey guys, I just went back today to check on my application and they recalculated my GPA and I found out its a 3.73!!!! I was excited since that gave me more confidence for an acceptance into either one of these programs!
