MDC Nursing spring 2014

So I'm starting the post for Spring 2014. I'm currently waiting for my acceptance letter for fall term but just in case applying for spring is my back up plan.

So my GPA is 3.0 and my teas is 72 giving me a score around 73.

Since I didn't get a first round email for fall I'm thinking of retaking my teas test so if anyone is willing to study with me please let me know. Good luck to everyone applying for spring!!

Oh no now am starting to worry that something might have gone wrong with my application too since I applied early august. I think am going to make a trip there just for safe measures :\

Oh I wouldn't worry, this stuff ALWAYS happens to me. I am the one that always gets the food at the restaurant while everyone is on dessert because they forget my order. I also applied early august. I have a feeling it had something to do with them not knowing if they were going to have a part time option this semester.

Also if you got a receipt that you paid for it, you are fine.

I wish! It would let me concentrate on my exams this week. But I have a feeling it won't happen till Thursday.

From reading previous post from students who got accepted into the fall 2013 program the lowest scores were in the high 70's but remember it all depend on the applicant pool for the term you are applying for. Lets remain positive am sure this month will bring us all good news :)[/quote']

I had a 76 and didn't make it :( I think the lowest to make it in was a 78 but my advisor says there is less applicants for Spring so it's easier to get in :)

Omg just when I thought I was losing patience and my mind I realize once again I'm not alone. I check my email everyday at least five times a day. Miami Dade should definitely update our application status online the way Broward does. At least this way we know which stage we are in i.e. Application Pending, Processing, Pre-Admission. Wishful thinking right? Lol

I already know MDC is a mess. I've been taking classes there since 2000 when I was a sophomore in high school. But could you be more specific because I know I've seen some of your posts in Spring and August 2013 thread. How is the bridge program going thus far? I applied to the full-time face-to-face bridge.
