Too funny. They need to throw that out of the courts. Wonder what kind of lawyer took on a case like that. "I'm fat because of McDonald's" LOL. Yes, you are right there does seem to be a great corralation between this and the cigs. My gracious people need to take responsibility for there own actions unless McDonalds had him held prisoner back in the kitchen and stuffed the dang cheeseburgers and fries down his throat. Too much.
I saw this man on "the View" just the other day with his lawyer, who did most of the talking, but the man said that he has NOT eaten at McDonalds for the last 2 years and that he can tell a difference. It is all healthy foods and salads for him now.
It must work because he has lost a WHOPPING 16 pounds since he recovered from big mac attacks.
Thats 8 pounds a year! WOW!
Some people are amazing....some lawyers are disgusting, some jury members are crazy.
He'll probably get a few million for his trouble.
Now I really like diet pepsi......
(thumbing the yellow pages for a good lawyer.........)

In that case, I should sue Hershey's and Babe Ruth Companies because by eating their chocolatey delicious candy bars all the time, I have become addicted and no matter how hard I try to break the addiction.....they keep finding their way into my grocery cart every time I go grocery shopping. :chuckle

Just wondering about what everybody thinks about the latest "Joe Blow" suing Mickey D's for him being fat. I am sorta of the mind set that no one taped him to the bed and stuffed Big Mac's in his mouth.
I think American's need to take some responsibility and accept that if you are fat it is either a physiological disease process or just your own doing, not Ronald McDonald's! I have little trouble finding the similarities between this and the cancer/cigarettes thing.
Just wondering what anyone else thought.
