apparently, ive been waiting for other people to start a support group for may nclex takers.....but no....so here i am.....

im taking my nclex on the 7th of may...hopefully, i pass this time. im tired of living a non-RN life......

-how did you received your result?by mail or on the web? Its day 6 since I took the exam.Im waiting for my result.

Well...received it by SNAILMAIL :D . But my name wasn't on the CA BON website, as said on the letter they want me to send my SSN# so they can issue my license; as a matter of fact when i submitted my application for re-examination i have wote my SSN# on it. Well...are they checking the form thoroughly? DUH!!!:uhoh3: Well...forgive...:wink2: human mistake.

May 12,2008 at 0800: Date of my NCLEX-RN (nice number huh...0 & 8):bow:

May 21,2008: the date on the letter i received from CA BON (12 turn to 21) :yeah:

May 24, 2008:the date when i took the LIGHTEST WHITE ENVELOPE EVER from the mailbox :yeah: ( 24 divided 2 = 12 )

remember monday is yet ANOTHER government holdiday so tues will most likelynot show current upddate..they will go into work on tues (their first day) and post weds--(for the past 3 days)--so hopefully alot of you will get some good news--(hoping and praying)

..Yeah, i hear what silverdragon said about when people pass they"move on" to other threads---(i.e first year nursing etc..

for me, personally--i am not going to post on other threads--this is where i want to be forever--the NCLEX forum----HElPING people pass this dumb test, this TEST--which i absolutey hate !! --i really do feel good when i see people pass--and i really want to encopurage people who fail---

im not going anywhere-this NCLEX forum will be where i hang out--

i re-start work next week my 3-12 hours (night) shifts and witrh my wife working 3-12 hr (night) shift (on my days off) im will haveless time to come in here, BUT i will be here as much as i can.

Kinda hard and really frustrating to wait for the result. I took my exam on 5/12 received the PASSED result on 5/24 after 12 days. My name was not on the CA BRN website as they need my SSN# but i did wrote it on my application form.

Easy to say but THINK POSITIVE to attract good energy and a lot of PRAYERS. You will be a part of this :nurse: world.

Hi everybody and congrats who passed. I took my test on Friday with 76 qs.

This morning (Sunday) I went to pearsonvue and the result was ready already. I paid for the service and here it is ......I PASSED.

Thank you this forum especially April group. I was so nervous that I could not participate much in May group. Sorry guys.

As guys from April group told already, please focus on infection control, prioritizing, and watch for grams and oz when doing math.

I did Sounders CD 4-th edition about 85-140 qs a day, read my notes several times, and did Mosby (about 2/3 of it, what a great book, I was so glad that I was told to buy it), and a lot of prayers.

I would say that the test was user friendly. I did not feel like they want to trick me or give me a hard time. But it was not easy ether. I wish everybody good luck.

congratulations to all the nclex passers! i hoope i will be included in your list soon as i will be taking my exam this 28th of May...my first take.

i wanna apologize for not having visited this site for several days. i was really trying to study hard. i hope & pray that we'll all succeed in this journey that we're up to.

Your story gave me a light at this tunnel.

The BRN told me that they don't have my transcripts and that that is the reason for the delay. I wonder if thats true or they are just running behind or something.

Just to clarify, you passed but no license number on the BRN website?
