May Nclex takers...come and join hands...

Kinda hard and really frustrating:banghead: to wait for the result. I took my exam on 5/12 received the PASSED:yeah: result on 5/24 after 12 days. My name was not on the CA BRN website as they need my SSN# but i did wrote it on my application form.
Easy to say but THINK POSITIVE to attract good energy and a lot of PRAYERS. You will be a part of this world soon.

Just to clarify, you have your "Pass" letter but not your License posted on the BRN Web?

My 2nd question is are you in California?

i wanna apologize for not having visited this site for several days. i was really trying to study hard. i hope & pray that we'll all succeed in this journey that we're up to.

im good. (trying to be busy and off minded with the nclex) im planning to take the rn exam(of course..not sooner)..but i need to do my training first at my work. so probably i'll start reviewing by mid-june. im gonna buy the saunders 4thed and im considering to try suzanne's plan for a change..honestly i dunno how to start reviewing again since in both of my exams..i've got 265 q's and all near passing the standard result. so im you know..really confuse right now. i don't want to start hating the exam..but..their system is really somethin' that i can't figure out(so far). cause if i do..i should have passed the test sooner. i know that im really into content..and not good in answering mc q's..i've got a 'what if' sometimes..but not in my last exam..so i dunno.. :banghead:

lets hope and pray that we receive our results.I'll check the brn website on wed because thats the time they're gonna update.Thats what jon said.My mom doesnt want me to work so i'll just focus on my review.Im planning to enrol at kaplan.

GOODLUCK and try to think on the day of your exam that this is just a QUIZ that you don't need to feel too anxious for this...'coz if you are...you might have a mental block.:confused:

your story gave me a light at this tunnel.
the brn told me that they don't have my transcripts and that that is the reason for the delay. i wonder if thats true or they are just running behind or something.

this is notification that you have passed the nclex-rn examination and that you have met all other licensing requirements except for submitting a valid u.s. social security number (ssn). your ssn is needed to issue a permanent rn license.

please submit your ssn on the form below. when you obtain your ssn, you are advised that you must also promptly report it to all appropriate agencies, such as the california franchise tax board.

most of my friends in uk (foreign graduates...bsn in the philippines) who took the nclex-rn (they normally don't have a ssn# as they don't live in us and not entitle to have a ssn# as yet...only if they are legal to stay and work here in us...then they can have a ssn#). they also received same letter as mine but they successfully passed the nclex-rn.

my friend who just arrived here in us(petitioned by her parents).she has the same letter as mine. she's legal to stay here in us, hence, she's entitled to have ssn#, after getting that at sss , she then forwarded it to the bon. after few weeks, ahe received her license.

i hope i get everything cleared about this. hehehehe!!!

i read this thread regarding the u.s ssn few weeks ago written here somewhere but couldn't find it now..." no u.s social security number, your name won't appear on the ca bon website. there's a lot of foreign nurses (especially filipino nurses in uk) and they're already a nclex-rn passer...you won't see all their names on the ca bon website only if they have legal papers to work and stay, an immigrant/ being petitioned by us citizen or person who has legal documents here in us.:nuke:
