apparently, ive been waiting for other people to start a support group for may nclex takers.....but no....so here i am.....

im taking my nclex on the 7th of may...hopefully, i pass this time. im tired of living a non-RN life......

tomorrow is my 3rd attempt to take the exam.anxiety is killing me.

just relax and pray...surrender everything to HIM...it really works. just remember you studied hard for it and the least thing you can do is let anxiety get the best of you. you can do it!!! tomorrow morning, before you take the test, look at the mirror and tell yourself that you will pass and be RN. don't undermine the power of positive thinking, together with the right knowledge and preparation and most importantly PRAYERS!!!

hello everyone...I took the NCLEX yesterday...I'll tel you all about it...

I'm from Virginia and they don't participate in quick results service...:(

So I'm so scared and so exhausted...after I struggled with the CGFNS exam, which is required also for foreign nurses here in VA...now I'm stressed out waiting for the Nclex results.

I was at the test center at 8 o'clock in the morning...and started around 10' after 8...

I had a lot of prioritizing questions, maximum 6 SATA, ...3 drug calculations questions (one error in one calculation...pretty sure about it)

one about the dopplets precautions...and some of them pretty hard questions which I don't remember...

I sat there for an hour or so...the computer stopped at 75 q...I was shocked because I felt like I needed to go on...:(

I had also some EKG strips...(((...I'm completely demolished...My husband is trying to help me but he's doing only worse...and I feel alone and like I failed...

I know that I'm not so worse and so bad...to finish up at 75q...i studied a lot...I know all I'm suppose to know...as a nurse and I was hopping that if i did worse I couldn't do wrong all of those 75 questions....just a few of them and the computer should keep test me further not stopping at 75q...I'm hoping that I'm not such a bad nurse and go down after only 75q...

It's not an impolite expression for those great nurses that had the BAD LUCK to fail after 75 q testing...is just for me...I hope all of you out there who are studying hard...and work and struggle, to pass the exam...may God be with you all! you deserve that....

I'll keep you informed about my NCLEX result...today or tomorrow...I'm scared I've check the VA BON site for my license...but didn't find it these morning...so I'm loosing hope

Anyone take the NCLEX and get long case study-type questions? A friend of mine took her NCLEX last week and while I got short concise questions she got case studies. Is that normal or weird or what??

My questions were short concise I took the NCLEX-PN

Keep your chin up ciufi and take MaleNursesRock advice on the NCLEX and just know that you have support here. Several friends of mine that took the test also had the drug fosamax. I knew I couldn't be as lucky to get that one because I knew that one! :chuckle

hi all..does anyone knows how the re-application process works? do i need to pay both the bon of my state and pearsonvue again:confused:..i figured since i wasn't going to start studying yet, i might as well get the paper work out of the way 1st..
