  5. HI..... here's my story. i recently passed my CA boards and i am now a RN. my problem is, it just so happens that im not moving to CA and just staying here in FL. Has any of you done licensure endorsement? how long does it usually take? what frustrating for me is that i have applied at hospitals here in FL hoping that they would hire me as a GN but NO....they want me to work as a nsg asst. i totally disagree with that. i used to be a nsg asst without a license and here i am an RN in another state and they want me to be a nsg asst here. please.....i really need help. any info would be helpful! thanks!
  6. gwafuh and diesel good luck with your tests. :) stay positive! congratulations to all who have passed. to those waiting for their results....keep the faith! :) i know i havent been posting as much as i used to. sorry. just needed to fix my resume and start applying at hospitals here. :) take care guys!!! :)

  12. Letjackson be positive. you took the test, now be patient with the results. just relax. may nclex takers, true enough that most of us are multiple test takers....a good sign that we're strong and that we dont give up just like that. all of you are an inspiration to me not only in nclex taking but in life as well. to those who have passed, this is the start of something new. and to those who werent able to make it, just think of it like this, if we made it multiple times....so can you....if other people can make it, so can you. with all honesty, passing after multiple tests makes it sweeter. thats my opinion. i really appreciate passing the nclex after all the money, time and sweat that i shed on it than passing my local boards back home where i didnt give much effort. did i tell you guys how i would torture myself just visiting hospitals and looking at RNs before i passed? yup....i used to do that. make myself really envious of the RNs....my way of motivating myself. moreso, when my sister gave birth last feb. I was devastated that i wasnt the RN taking care of her or doing initial neonatal care to my niece...with that, it just made me study more....and it all paid off. so here i am......prepping to sell myself to the best hospitals down here in northeastern florida....lol!!!! :))
  13. CONGRATULATIONS! im so happy for you! yey!!!! :)
  14. Purple lady be strong. how do you feel about the test? do you feel positive about it this time? i will be praying for your results. :) cristy, RN
  15. so hows the review guys? review hard and think positive. when you take the test keep on reminding yourself that the nclex is just a wall hindering you from being a nurse. breaking the wall will put every thing into perspective. :) :) cristy, RN
