apparently, ive been waiting for other people to start a support group for may nclex takers.....but no....so here i am.....

im taking my nclex on the 7th of may...hopefully, i pass this time. im tired of living a non-RN life......

OMG I am so happy for you Jon!! feels good to know that atleast one of us passed it. I hope that I can soon join you. I wanted to know what it is that you did to study? and if you have any tips and advice for me. This will be my 4th time taking the NCLEX-RN and any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. ok....i woke up at 955 est. knowing at the back of my head that its past 530 in cali. since according to jon thats the time they update the site. so i decided to check this forum if jon checked his results first before i check mine......

and so i checked my results.......for the 3rd time.....hoping all would change......

and it did!!!!!!!! i passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks so much for every prayer you guys gave me. thank you. and now that i passed, like jon, i would like to help every one pass too!

I told you JAXGRL, lol, today would be the earliest for the CA BRN to show up..

I got the CA BRN "figured out" and now the NCLEX.-Im still "numb", ive called everyone in my phone book for the past 3 hours !! and woke them up.

yes !! good luck to you !! i WILL be pulling for you and everyone else..

..oh and i have been playing Grand theft auto 4 since i got it 3 days ago..cant put it down---I think i killed ..oh..about 1/3 of my brain cells...lol

to others to take the test, my advice is

..Its NOT you. you are smart and determined, you know enough. dont beat yourself like i did..its the TEST.

think of it like this

could a really smart person, with no nursing background pick up the that big ol saunders book, read it cover to cover and pass the NCLEX-RN ??..i would bet my liver and one of my kidneys to say NO.

this nursing thing is a process, that we all went through---clinical, studying-and we passed that part.

Its the test,and not you--------once i TRULEY realized that.

congratulations!! this is totally awesome..i guess so far i am the only one that fail...it gives me hope...i am opened to any tips and advice on how to study for my next nclex. great job!!:yeah:

..you review until you feel like you know enough, there are plans here and there that say you need X amount of time and so, or do this many questions, or wait this long to re-test. The realization is ONLY YOU know when you are "ready"--

YOu WILL PASS this test..!!everyone will--the main thing, try not to be hard on yourself-its the test-NOT you !
