Hi,
I can't believe I made it through nursing school. I'll be graduating with an ASN. Congratulations to everyone who made it!
I passed my exit HESI exam today! Graduation and pinning is next Friday, May, 21st. It still doesn't seem real. Now I can clean and organize my house like it was two years ago before I started my program. I can even get the Christmas decorations put away. (Yeah, I know it is May) My husband can relinquish his Mr. Mom role too. I am not sure who is more excited him or me. He doesn't have to get the kids off to school or do most of the cleaning, cooking and laundry anymore. I already took my little guy who just turned four out of daycare and I was even able to read a bedtime story to my two youngest ones tonight. I feel like I have a normal life again.
LOL This could have been me writing this... May 18th pinning, May 19th graduation. This has been the longest, and the shortest, two years ever... if that makes any sense. While I am excited, the moments after leaving the final were bittersweet. I felt almost deflated, kind of like I had been laid off from a two year job. It was odd to know that as of today I had absolutely no obligations.

I've already said this before but i've been through hell and back with nursing school and through God's grace....I finally am a graduate nurse. Getting pinned this coming Friday and graduating on the following Monday. Yeah I am giving myself a big pat on the back!
