there's a forum for graduate students. how about a forum for lpn to rn students. there seems to be quite a few people that are doing this, it might be nice to have a forum for it.
admin note: i've added the new forum in the nursing student sub section

Hey Jaxmom- yes it is so normal! you have to do stuff for yourself and try to remember why you started this thing. Force yourself to say something positive for every negative thought about school. Keep your head down and keep putting one foot in front of the other- even when you don't want to, or can't remember why your doin it. Then one day soon, you will be at the end!
How much longer do you have to go?
I've just finished my LVN program and I felt like that for the entire second half, but I'm done! Now I'm trying to decide if I should do the RN step up program starting 8 months from now, or wait a year. I did the pre-reqs for it during my LVN program; no wonder I'm so burned out on school!
Great new forum idea!
Hey! I am a nursing student sudying to be an RN. My projected graduation is in 2009!!!!!!! I have some other pre reqs to get out of the way before I start clinicals. I was curious if I should get my LPN license first and than go for the RN? I am 25 years old and a male if that means anything! How long is the transition from LPN to RN? Thanks! Joey
