there's a forum for graduate students. how about a forum for lpn to rn students. there seems to be quite a few people that are doing this, it might be nice to have a forum for it.

Hello everyone,

that's really interesting, 1/3 of LPN's go on to become RN's. I think if it were a little easier, it would be a lot more. I mean, not too expensive and taking too too much out of everyday life!

I saw a link to this site, I don't know anthing about it, but thought it related to this topic.

Cheers!

i would like to be a part of that forum too! great idea marie!

I tried to post this as a thread, but it said I didn't have enough characters?????? Anyway, I am LPN to RN, going into my last semester and I am so tired of school, teachers, classmates, books, tests, quizzes, ugly uniforms, early clinicals, late night studying, assignments, did I forget anything??? I just want to hear someone say that this is normal. I think when I get back from Christmas break, I should be refreshed, but if I am not, I am afraid I may quit or be so burnt out that I flunk out. Is this normal?????

Thanks

Emmy

I think this is a great idea too. I graduate from the LPN program in June, and assuming that I pass the NClex in the summer, I will start the LPN to RN bridge program in the fall. It would be great to have a forum for us! :)

Yay! LPN to RN is my plan as well. Great idea!

JaxMom63, Everything you complained about is normal. I go through the exact same thing. I'm just as tired of school as you are, but I got to keep on keeping on till May 12,2006. Its going to be worth the trouble in the end, I know it.

Has this ever become a forum of its own?

I think this is a great idea and I would be interested in it too! I will be doing a bridge program as well and would love any info and a place to share about things as well.
