Lots of SATA questions for June NCLEX testers???

Published

I see a lot of people who have started taking their NCLEX this month say that there are a ton of SATA questions on the test, is this a new test format that started this month? I know that it was preached in our school that SATA questions were gonna be on the test but the amount of questions seems to have increased just from reading the posts in the thread from people who tested in the last two days. I take my test today @2PM and am mighty nervous.

There were alot of SATA questions on my test. I took mine on June 1st and I'm still waiting for official results. I got the "good" pop up but I'm too neurotic to believe it.

Took my nclex yesterday, I got 18-20 SATA out of 75, got a good pop up! waiting for my official result... Thanks to everyone on this forum! :-)

Please don't cloud your mind worrying about SATA. You know the material, you spent years in nursing school readying yourself for this test. Think of a SATA more like a T/F type of question.

On a bit of a side note: I have no clue how many SATA questions were on my NCLEX. I sure as heck didn't keep a tally.

I took mines yesterday and had a lot of SATA but I stopped at 85 questions and got the good POP up...but good luck...I took the pn test

SATA has been around for a few years, some get many and some get none

You can get many SATA questions, you can get one or two, or you can even get none. Nobody can predict the type of questions you are going to get on the test.

I took mine on Wednesday and got 75 questions and found out yesterday that I passed:) It's official RN BSN:) But yes at least 20 of mine were SATA and I had at least 25 meds on mine:( But guess everything paid off that I did because I passed and am so thankful! Also the pearson vue trick worked for me. I took mine at 8am and had to drive an hour or so and by the time I got home I tried the trick and got the good popup:) Thanks everyone for your words of inspiration and everything and Jania15 you can do it! Just believe in yourself. You made it through nursing school and have studied. You're ready. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU.

I sure don't know, but I am "assuming" 15 trial questions that don't count are all SATA questions. Thinking like this makes me feel better about the test. Otherwise, I don't think this many people would pass it with all the SATA.

I had at least 10/75 SATA. I wasn't counting either. My results are on hold, so no pop up for me. Hoping to get quick results tomorrow.

I just got done... I stopped counting SATAs at 20. Finished with 75 total questions. We'll see :)

Finished at 75.. had a ton of SATA!!
