Hi excited1,

Have you receive anything about your TEAS?

Hi excited1,

Have you receive anything about your TEAS?

Hellllloooooo smylee! No not yet.....I check today, nothing. They have everything (confirmed Tuesday and Friday of last week) so I am sure they are just going through everything in some sort of order or fashion. As long as they really do have everything, I don't see any reason why I wouldn't get the invite. Just staying positive! If nothing comes by Saturday mail, I will call them on Monday and find out when they usually finish mailing invites.

Also, I was just looking at the calendar because it has felt like FOREVER! They received my application 1/21 according to my deliver confirmation. I called 1/24, confirmed they had my app, but no transcripts. I called 1/28 and they had all my transcripts. So really, they have had my documents for only 9 business days (including today). I definitely need to be more patient! I keep forgetting how many applicants they have to go through along with reviewing all the transcripts! That is a lot of work for them! They seem pretty organized.

That's a great attitude! This process takes a lot of patience. There is no reason to worry, they have everything and you definitely meet all of the qualifications, so it's just a matter of time. Just keep studying for your teas :)

Phew!! I'm so glad to be done with the TEAS V test. it was definitely difficult ( harder than the NCLEX-PN, I think) and way stressful. It seemed more stressful when the teacher proctoring would yell out how much time we had left. Now we wait until next saturday to see our results...the waiting game is going to kill me! :dead:

I thought the teas was easier than some of the practice tests from my teas v manual. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Math was basic, reading wasn't bad. Sci had some weird questions, but not too many. I took it at County and it was very relaxed and laid back. There was only one proctor, and she was sitting the whole time, she didn't even walk around much. Yes, people get flustered when they announce time, but you just quickly go back to what you were doing. We had a break after reading and math portion. I don't know, I guess everyone is different, and everyone experienced it differently. It is all very subjective. I was very happy with the test itself, I expected it to be much harder.

Well, either way, all we have to do now is WAIT. Looong wait. :-) Good luck to everyone! Hopefully, we all get in ;-).

Smyleeeeeeee, your inbox is full again, no pm-ing until you clear it :-)

Hello everyone. :cat:

Saw that there is two threads regarding the Fall 2014 applicants but decided to post on this one since it seems to be more active.

I, too, applied for the Fall 2014 cycle and am waiting to hear back.

Does anyone know if they are still sending out invitations for the TEAS? Transcripts were received at the end of January and my application was received on the 14 of February (called & confirmed).

Hello! Welcome to the madness! It took a while to get mine for some reason. I would call them ASAP! I called and they said "yes you are approved for testing and you should have received the letter by now" So they sent a new one. You need to schedule the exam asap because all TEAS transcripts are due to them by 4/1 to be considered for Fall! Please call them. If they are done with testing, and you havent tested anywhere else yet, you can schedule it at an ATI center. Im taking mine Monday at the ATI center. It costs $115 but if thats what you have to do, then thats what you have to do! Good luck! Let us know!
