The current application cycle opened earlier this month. Has anyone heard back from them for an interview? I applied to float pool.

People are getting interviews. I had mine last week and I have to say the director of float was pretty rude. She rolled her eyes at me a lot and gave me no time to answer. My interview was less than 5 mins when it’s supposed to be 30 mins.

Update I got the job. But debating if imma take it because of how the interview went

Yea considering my other options too. LB was the best. And my friends said they have never met the director since they began working there so that’s a good thing haha

oh thats great! hahaha. Would you be able to ask your friends whats it like working there? Are they having a good experience on the floor?

Did u get an offer there? 
And yea they like it! They said it’s challenging of course but the preceptors are nice. Changing units every 2 weeks and get to change to days/nights every 3 months whatever u prefer.

Wow thank you so much for replying so fast! haha I did get an offered on the float pool unit and took it. However, I havent taken my NCLEX yet. So if it all goes well, I will be starting on April 5th. I just wanted to get a feel for the unit since I havent been able to find much information about the floor from past grads.
