    Hello, I am a new RN and currently trying to get into the VA's psych unit. May I know the pay scale for New grads? Patient ratio? What are the responsibilities of the RN in the unit? Do they pass the meds? How's the environment in the unit? Is it similar to private psych units? Thank you!
