The current application cycle opened earlier this month. Has anyone heard back from them for an interview? I applied to float pool.

The 25th this month LOL. I literally just got approved yesterday. Did you take yours already? Any tips?

LOL that’s so soon. But yea I feel like the mark klimeck audio really helped me. Especially the prioritization ones. And then I skimmed the Saunders book which gave me some good tips for some questions I got on the NCLEX. But tbh if you did well in nursing school you’re good. Nothing new. Just make sure to take your time and answer what the question ask and don’t assume anything.

I wanted to take it earlier but it took the BRN 1.5 months to approve my application! And I gotta have my license before the start date so now im cramming!! LOL. But really, thank you for replying and for the tips. I really appreciate it.

Hey there! I have worked at LBMC for 6 months now in float and got hired as a new grad last year. I am super surprised about you interview experience! I know both float managers and they are awesome. I have really enjoyed my new grad experience here--each floor I have floated to has been SO helpful, I always feel like I can ask anyone for help and they are super supportive. I work nights so its more of a team dynamic. I just wanted to share my experience because hopefully that one interaction doesn't throw you off too much. I don't see the directors a ton like your friends say but one in particular reaches out to me a lot and is very supportive. Good luck with your decisions and congrats on the offer ?

Has anyone heard back from the LBMC float residency program application that just recently opened up? My application just changed from received to application "under consideration."

Hey! I applied to a couple other units but I haven’t heard anything yet. Mine still says submission received for ER.

I had an interview last Tuesday at Long Beach Memorial for float pool
