Lonestar Fall 2013 hopefuls

Hi everyone!

I just submitted my application for the Fall 2013 Lonestar College basic track ADN program. LSC-Montgomery is my first choice, followed by LSC-North Harris, and LSC-Tomball.

I applied with an 11.81. Has anyone else out there applied, or are you preparing to apply?

Looking forward to starting a supportive and informative Lonestar thread, as applicants have the past few years

No, if you have already completed the fingerprint and palm scan through L1-Identity Solutions, then you are good to go. Once the SON submits your name to the BON it will automatically generate a blue post card to be sent to you...provided the incident was cleared up through the Declaratory Order.

It was cleared up! They sent me a letter giving me the all clear so I will just sit tight for now and wait for my blue card then!

Quick question for everyone who has been accepted so far, was the campus you got in to your first choice or second?

When did you start the process? I got fingerprinted in july of 2012 and still haven't received anything. I'm so scared I'm not going to get in bc of an incident 8 yrs ago:( The bon said they received my paperwork and declatory statement but there were no notations on my file and that it never went to investigations. I was supposed to get a call back yesterday from bon licensure but never did. Can anyone help with any insight?????

I would keep bugging then if I were you! I got fingerprinted around the same time, June or July 2012. I had to go to Washington state to get my documents from the court in August and I sent my DO and statement plus all my documents in September. I want to say it took only 4 weeks for me to get a response from them which was in the form of a letter that stated upon meeting the requirements for graduation and payment of any fees I will be eligible to sit for the NCLEX. maybe I was lucky to receive a response so fast I don't know. My incident was so small though it may have an impact on timing depending on what the incident was. If I were you I would just continue to call them! Don't give up!

Applied with 11.84 NH-1st choice, Montgomery-2nd, Tomball -3rd. Got into NH.
