Lonestar Fall 2013 hopefuls

Hi everyone!

I just submitted my application for the Fall 2013 Lonestar College basic track ADN program. LSC-Montgomery is my first choice, followed by LSC-North Harris, and LSC-Tomball.

I applied with an 11.81. Has anyone else out there applied, or are you preparing to apply?

Looking forward to starting a supportive and informative Lonestar thread, as applicants have the past few years

ok I'm confused. I reread my acceptance letter and it says it will be a link for FAST forms, but I don't see a link for those forms.

CONGRATS TO EVERYONE WHO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED!!!! THE PLACE WHERE WE(KINGWOOD NURSING STUDENTS) GOT OUR SCRUBS FROM IS CALLED SCRUBS ETC, WHICH IS WHO GIVES US THE STUDENT DISCOUNT! What if you don't receive FAST form? I don't see why this link is not included in my letter I have not contacted the BON before.

@lth1123, I don't remember anything from the BON about Fast form. Did they say exactly what that is? Or maybe you should just contact them. They were always helpful when I called them. When I did my background check, all I did was send the payment and I received my letter saying I was cleared plus my blue card.

Try not to stress too much. Im pretty sure if you are accepted, they know there are people who have to deal with the BON and you will have enough time to get everything turned in. I was stressing about everything too and in the end found out I was doing it for nothing. Don't worry

Thanks! It was stated that these forms were links to background and fingerprinting, but if not attached you didn't have to resubmit to BON. I was worried because I don't recall ever submitting to them so I was expecting the link. But, I'll relax and call soon just to double check.

The link to the fast pass is on the north Harris website nursing page. It's on the left tab labeled "admits 2012" or something like that. In the acceptance email it said the link should say "admits 2013" but it still says 2012...
