The American Association of Critical- Care Nurses (AACN) will host the 2016 National Teaching Institute & Critical Care Exposition (NTI) in New Orleans at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Members of the allnurses.com team will be among the approximately 7000 attendees, providing live coverage of the activities May 15 - 19. We will be visiting many of the 400 exhibits and attending some of the 270 sessions. We will be busy posting updates, including photos, videos, and articles in this thread and other "NTI" threads as well as on Twitter and facebook. We will keep this thread updated with links to additional NTI content.

Thousands of acute and critical care nurses will be there. Will you be among them? We'd love to meet you. If you are going to be there, let us know. You can post on this thread and/or #NTI2016 on Twitter. We want to know and see what you're doing at NTI once you arrive. Let us know if you see something really good that we should see and share with our readers.

I'm not going but have gone in the past. The BEST conference and very inspiring. So much to learn and so much fun to network. And to boot it is in New Orleans this year.

I'm so sad I'm not going. I've always wanted to go to New Orleans and I've wanted to go to NTI for years, so this was a match made in heaven. I really was planning on going this year, but it's just so dang expensive and I had a lot of expenses creep in this year. I just can't afford it this time - maybe next year will be different. :(

I am so excited to be going to NTI 2016 in New Orleans!! I hope to meet many new friends and colleagues. I know I will be inspired by being among 10,000 other nurses in one of the biggest nursing conferences.

Needing some tips on eateries, I hear New Orleans has incredible food, and this is my first time! Nurse Beth

Well, I'm at NTI again, this is number 9 for me. tnbutterfly, traumaRus and Nurse Beth already know me and I look forward to seeing their smiling faces. I know I'll have a great time; when it's time go home I'll have a head full of new information and a heart full of new enthusiasm for this profession we share so freely.
