Hi y'all, I haven't seen a post on the Linfield 2021 Cohort application so I thought I'd go ahead and create one. I am kind of nervous about this application because I have a little bit of experience (about 3 weeks) working as a caregiver and I have not completed all the prerequisites (I have one Chemistry class in progress which I am taking this Summer term). Here's my stats so far: 4.0 A&P series, 4.0 science lab courses (Microbiology, A&P series, nutrition, Chemistry/biology), no volunteering experience and 2 references from professors. I am kind of scared that I would not get selected about of these reasons... would you guys mind sharing y'all stats also?

I just called again and they told me that it would be mailed.. I’m so confused!

When I called the first time I specifically asked about it getting emailed and then they told me yes. Otherwise I think they would've just said it was getting mailed. I can call and see what they say too. I have a feeling they are getting plenty so what's one more.

Thank you! It is so frustrating to get conflicting answers all the time. Plus, they told me that the date might also change so that adds even more to the anxiety.

Yeah that's frustrating. I'm going to call in like an hour. I also don't totally understand why it would change, because I think realistically at this point they know the decisions, wouldn't you think?

Yea I would think so too.. I mean compared to the cohorts in recent years, we should have heard back about a week ago so it is kinda strange. Perhaps the whole COVID thing is slowing things down so that’s also a possibility.

When I called I asked whether decisions would be only mailed or if we would be notified with an email as well. The person I spoke with said we would be emailed before midnight tomorrow. Lmk what you guys hear! 
Really hope we hear by tomorrow!

Same here!! Did you upload the dual enrolment thing?

I didn't, but if I get denied or waitlisted I think I will then to see what I could've done better.

Anyone get notified yet? I keep checking the portal, nothing yet for me.
