I actually am getting a lot more callbacks on my job search after graduating for a prn position..more so than I thought.
That is great. I applied for a Camp Nurse job in Maine and I know my BSN played a major part in the money offered. It is a generous offer for a camp nurse for 4 weeks. More than I make in my current job. I have decided to ask for a raise at work now that I have my BSN.

Only way my life has changed post-BSN is I got accepted into a FNP program.

I have been spending my time relaxing. I do plan to start looking for other employment within the next couple of months. We'll see how that goes now that I have my BSN.

I'm enjoying being a graduate! I decided NOT to pursue NP school. After grieving that decision for a few weeks I moved on. I'm currently working towards certification as a health and wellness coach.
Sounds like a blast...enjoy!

mtsteelehorse, glad to see you are still lurking. Gosh, I so envy you being done. I'm half way through. 10 more classes to go for me.
I dont think any more schooling will be in my future.
That sounds great!!!
I know you must be relieved to have made your career pathway decision.
Best wishes to all Ohio University Alumni and those soon to be Alumni.
Any more OU RN to BSN graduates out there that want to share news???
BUMP!
To those who finished in spring, have you received your diploma yet?
