I have questions!

1a. Are market indicators synonymous with morals? That is, can a thing be beneficial to the markets and also wrong or bad, or is a thing good because it's beneficial to the markets?

THIS. Exactly. Is profit margin really the marker by which we should judge a company's success? Is a good company one which does everything in their power to increase revenue for shareholders? Or should a company be judged on their ability to provide "profit" (in the form of wages, benefits etc) to their entire work force as a whole? And what about the company's contribution to the wider community?

I have heard many libertarians pull out their pet axiom, "the non-aggression principal," as the basis for being anti-abortion. What are your thoughts on this?

How would a free market health care system ensure that care is available in depressed areas, where there is little to no money to be made off of patients?

I never said we shouldn't pay taxes, or that everything should be privatized. There are libertarians that believe that. I'm not one of them. I do think that the things government is involved in should be limited. Defense, environmental regulation, and Infrastructure for instance. Within reason. Unless you are raving neocon you have to admit that the Military Industrial Complex could use some reigning in.

The military industrial complex? What are you talking about? Do you watch the news? We are possibly in a war with Russia...we are in a very precarious position in the middle east and our military has been castrated under Obama. What do you mean it needs reigning in? Dear Sir I do believe you are not educated in these matters and are looking for an identification. are you a nurse? Or are you in high school? No offense really but please do your research! Our country is a mess and libertarianism is so far off course in fixing the problems@!!

For more information on the potentials for private enterprise/corporate fraud, abuse, and general misanthropic conduct, please see reputable history books about The Gilded Age, The Jungle, any honest journalism about corporate conduct in the un- or minimally-regulated Third World, and other fascinating discussions about how trustworthy most human beings are when public interest is considered irrelevant to a person's ability to make loads and loads of money. You may consider the information found relevant to any and all applications of literal Libertarianism.
