Leaving Thursday For Syracuse

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to thank everyone for all the good information posted on this site. I want to thank the individuals who responded to my private e-mails too. This site and the Electronic Peer Network (EPN) through Excelsior has helped me a great deal in prepapring for the CPNE. I will be posting to the board on Sunday the 17th. Thanks again for all your help and support.

Treeriver I did my CPNE in Syracuse at St Joseph and University Hospitals (PEDS). The staff at St Joseph were SUPER. Extremely nice and helpful. The CA was also awesome, her name was Debbie G. She was really an advocate for the students. She really made the CEs prove why you should fail something, and often sided with the students if there was any leave way. Even when she had to uphold a failure she was so encouraging. I would have given up after having three repeats but she really encouraged me. She advised me to go to the Chapel, pray and pull myself together. I was literally about to walk out and had called my husband to come an pick me up to go home but she insisted that I "fight for it" (my husband also refused to come and get me...LOL.) But I really do think she as a walking angel from God. I pray that you all get her on your rotation.
