Hide in their office with the door shut, lights off and phone going straight to voice mail or take the day off, turn off his or her phone and delegate someone else to deal with the problems! (Only half joking)
Iam taking leadership and management course and yes you can consider it as homework !
thanks
i just want to know how the good leader will use his resources to deal with stress?
thanks and have a nice day
i red your comment in the beginning then i said whaaaaat
only joking
But for us to help you with your homework it helps to see what sort of ideas you have

OP, have you used a tutor in the past (regardless of the subject)? Am I right in thinking they asked you to show your work up to the point of coming in for tutoring services? I ask because I used to tutor nursing students. Think of AN as a tutor - show us your work, demonstrate your effort, and we can have a real discussion. Otherwise, there's not really any point in asking.

I go on-line to AllNurses and see if I can do someone's homework for them. It's best if they let me do all the work then I can get all the credit.
Can I get a BSN on-line just by answering these questions?

I think this is partly a cultural issue. We have recently had many such questions from a nursing leadership class in Saudi, and I think this is another. Badriah, could you please, please tell all of your classmates that we will not be able to have this discussion with you until you tell us FIRST what you have already learned, what you think the answer is, and why you think so. AllNurses has a rule that we do not just give students answers to homework without knowing that they have already done some work on it.

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed that!
Yes, OP, when you start a thread, you need to start a full discussion, not just ask a question. It helps us to help you when you show us what you've already learned and where it is you're having difficulty.
