leadership question

nowadays we have alot of nurses and that made me proud cus iam one of them . so i will ask how the leader can deal with stress in our work place area ?

I learned alot in this semester as a leadership student . i learned how the leader can motivate , inspire and

change the others . i put my questions here not because i am looking to someone who answering my

question

i post it here cus i know that here there are alot of nurses from different places ( multiculture ) so i want

to learn from different people . thanks and have a nice day for you all .

What are some of the ways you know about already that nurses use to deal with stress? Tell us some of them. Be clear about what they are, not just that you learned about them.

in reducing the stress:

first she has to manage her time also, arrange her agenda , delegate some task to the right person

or do some staff meeting to discuss the issues.
