Hey guys! I'm applying for Jan 2017. I was taking "booster" courses in hopes of getting in with old admission requirements. But now that the 2 university transfer courses are eliminated, I'm really worried :( Do you guys think the competition will be more fierce with the new admission requirements? (2 eng, 2 bio, stats) Could someone please share what they're applying with? I don't have any A's and it's very likely I may need to look towards a new career path. Honestly, I think the reason they got rid of the 2 transfer courses is because before people could get in with C+ in biology and stats with the help of A+ in booster courses. Now it's more about having good marks in all the courses that are relevant to the nursing program.

I got accepted today as well. I applied with a 3.67 gpa and no degree.

Hey! Congrats to all those who have received acceptance to the nursing program. You will all make great nurses!! I was just wondering if anyone is aware of how many students are accepted per intake?

If I remember correctly, at the info session they mentioned that they accept around 60 applicants

Not me. I have a 3.5 and I'm not even wait-listed. I just signed up to retake some of the courses next semester :( sucks i thought i had a chance this time

They didn't reject me! But I figure if most offers went out already and I wasn't wait listed then my chances are slim.
