Has anyone been accepted with a GPA lower than 3.67?

I'm hoping a GPA of 3.33 is enough. I applied to Fall 2016 with a 3.4, but I'm almost sure that I won't be getting in with the 3.8 initial cut off. With new more electives, my GPA is down to 3.33 now

On the Fall 2015 forum, someone mentioned that they only waitlist 20 people. Does anyone know if this is true?

Judging from past intakes, they usually take 1-2 weeks to send out offers!

I know the application deadline for the Fall 2016 intake is still in January, but has anyone applied yet? If you don't mind sharing, what GPA did you apply with?
