I love this! I usually come in and make myself a cup of coffee, which I usually end up pouring most of it out because it got cold. And then I fill up my water and it is usually still full by the end of the day because I just forget about drinking it. And like you said, all day long I ask the little ones to drink more water and I never do it myself!
I'm good with the water but it's the snacking that gets the best of me - we almost always have some kind of nibbly piece of goodness in the office or lounge - my willpower is weak when it comes to cookies.
I am trying to avoid grains before dinner, and bam, first day back we have a birthday breakfast. I ate a banana and bagged a slice of cinnamon cake for later.

So admittedly, I don't always practice what I preach. I am horrible at drinking water or anything really throughout the day. I have made up a new for myself to help keep my New Year's resolution to drink more water. Every time I tell a student to drink water, I take a drink. Boy, am I hydrated!
