My girlfriend's roommate got a call for an interview, she thinks she was a panel interview. Anyone else get called? This is for the Kaiser in the SF Valley area.

Hi everyone. How exactly can one apply for the new grad program at a Kaiser hospital? Do any programs accept new workers?

I'm having trouble finding any information on Kaiser New Grad programs for summer 2012. Can anyone help direct me? I've searched their job postings with no results... Thanks!
There are none right now.

Does anyone know what are the requirements?
Sorry, I missed this way back then. No news, it was only a panel interview to see if Kaiser could gather enough information to go ahead with a more formal "new grad" program, that would be more open to externals.
Of those that do or did get hired, it was mostly internals, something like 9 out of 10 got any offers and again, internals only.
She's an external and has a few friends who were internals and offered jobs. It seems like if you were able to precept there, you might have had a better chance to get hired in but not a set rule.

anyone know the selection process for kaiser? I applied to a new grad position, and received an email to reply back with my name and job id number to move forward in the selection process. is this normal? or does it vary per facility?

I also applied for a new grad position but this one is for kaiser woodland hills. the recruiter sent out what looks like a generic email with dates for us to come in so they can give us more information about the program that is beginning in july. i think these are just info sessions though, not the actual interview. i have a co-worker who secured a spot in the new grad program at panorama city, and she said that she had to go through a panel and one-on-one interview before she was hired. GOOD LUCK TO US!
