Sad news guys. I just spoke with the recruiter from USC. She said that they have already picked the people that they will be interviewing. The process is the following: They look at your GPA + the school you graduated from. If they can't find enough people from that pool then they start looking at the rest. Sorry

I called today and found out that they have received 800 applications. The guy told me that they have not even looked at my application yet!!!! I guess they have already picked the people they want and rest will be get the letter.

I am still confused. I applied to a med surg position 3 weeks ago but have not received any emails from Kaiser yet. (

You need to call HR. The HR will not call you to set up your physical and fingerprints .
