:)If/ When I qualify I have a job!!! full time D grade position on a cardiology ward!!!!
CONGRATULATIONS :balloons:
I have to admit cardiology is my favourite area of nursing. I've been qualified for ohhh hate to admit it but lets see.. just over 14 years.. aaaaaack.. I am doing agency nursing up in Scotland and love it.. More freedom better pay.. work the shifts that I want.. granted it is not guarenteed hours . However i've found that even when its slow because of the better pay i don't go hungry or homeless :).. and wait for the better months and restock my bank balance :)..
Take Care and enjoy the new position

well done you, you'll love it before I went into OCC Health that was my job I worked in CCu and loved it. Calls for a party I think :balloons:
I hope so.... and a party would be nice, just need to buckle down and pass my course first!!!
Handed in my CRB form today, when I went to occ health about my fingers.... (did I mention that on here... on late sat as an AN, and fell on an unmarked wet floor and banged myself up pretty good....)
anyhow typing still not that easy.
so thanks to everyone.

Congratulations on the new job! When do you start? :balloons:
If all goes well... then towards the end of September, I have no exact date because the NMC is being a bit ( okay a lot ) funny about the new course (M.A.D which I am in the first cohort to be studying) meeting their requirements so... I could have more placement to do....
But I will be able to work on the ward as an AN and get back pay once i get my pin number :)
Just have to knuckle down and try to pass my course now!
