Hello everyone,
So today I tool my exam at 8:00 am 10/24/2017. I went through the whole 265 questions in about 3 and a half hours. I had 30 SATA 1 ekg strip, 1 pressure ulcer assessment, and about 8-10 drag and drop, most of my questions were priority questions/ ER triage during a disaster. I remember about a few delegations questions, nursing ethics, parathyroid questions, lots of pharma, huntington disease, thyroidectomy and tracheostomy questions. About 20-30 questions about PPE/precautions. I did the PVT a few hours ago and got the good pop up. From what I've read people say it is pretty accurate so that is such a relief. There were about 10 of us taking the test.. sometimes I look around the room to see how many are still taking the exam.. some people finished at 75 and there were about 4 more poeple taking their test by the time I was done.
Anyway, U world has been amazing for me. I did u world hand in hand with hurst.Hurst is really good with explaining the contents and making sure it sticks. I must say most of the questions in u world was tougher than the NCLEX. Also 5 days before I took the exam, I did an Adaptive computer testing and mimics exactly like nclex. I mean like questions will get harder everytime you answer it correctly and the level goes down if you miss some questions. It also stops the exam to whatever question it is in if you pass/fail the test. Just like nclex. Mine kept shutting off at the maximum number of questions which is 200. but the results told me if my probability of passing is low, good, or execeptional. It doesnt give you any rational and doesnt tell you what questions u missed but it gives you the areas that you are weak at. it's called platinumtest.com. I did it twice, the first attempt it gave me the probability of passing at "good", the second one "exceptional". Once I got those two results I spent the next three days relaxing and just going over the Spiderman packet that was going around this website. Hopefully the PVT really is accurate and that I can finally say that I am a U.S.R.N. :) To God be the Glory!!

Congratulations! Go celebrate. I had all 265Q as well this passed Saturday. I wanted to cry. Good pop-up works. I was screaming for hours after that out of JOY of course. I worked my ASS off for this. Got licensed today. I am in NYS.

Congratulations! Job well done and thanks for your input.
Congratulations!! reaching 265 is no joke! Its a mixed feeling of passing and failing. It feels surreal seeing that "good up" right? I kept checking to see if it will change. hahaha.. I live here in florida and my license status was posted not even 24 hrs. Congrats again! we did it!!
Thank you. When will you take your exam?
