Specializes in geriatric nursing.

it was reported on a flash news at abs-cbn last night.. they said that it will be investigated.. good luck to all who took the NLE last june.. god bless..

why?wat happened? do u have any link to what happened? like an article on the net? :)

i don't think we're going to have to retake the exam. if ever there's a leakage, i don't think that we should suffer for "these people's incompetence in keeping the test questions as secured as possible". It's PRC's/BON's duty to safeguard it, right? Just because some people gets hold of it doesn't mean that all of us has to suffer. that's unfair. And also there's no proof of it. It's still being investigated.

I did not go to Gapuz review center, but I doubt that they have the leakage. Maybe they just have a good strategy in reviewing for psych that eventually whatever they have studied did actually come out! It's just a coincidence. Anyway, psych test is fairly easy compared to part A of NPT 3. Whatever questions that came out was actually taught in school, it's not something new!

you've gt 2 believed....there is a leakage jst ddnt know where it came from.. its really unfair for those who honestly took the exam..who really did their best if this exam will be cancelled.. and they shouldnt focusd on that review center becoz there is this school whose students have a random copy of questions particularly in psych.. it may not be a complete questions bt the impt. word is there (ex. name in a certain situation) and the answer -highlighted-.....So sad :scrying: pano na mga nagaaral hanggang madaling araw......patas sana kasi application ang exam, magiisip ka talga............... kaya pala marami maagang natapos sa exam memorize na pala nila ang sagot

Lets jst pray that they'll come up with a good and fair decision.....

God is good all the time and He will be in control....

2morrow DAW (monday) sa abs tv patrol magsasalita ang prc 4 the true and final decision..

I've also been hearing reports about this. My cousin, who took the exam, complained endlessly that a gapuz reviewee friend admitted leakage of some questions. He claims they were the exact questions -- word for word -- and had as much as 40 questions in one test.

If true, I just think it is unfortunate. It may mean a delay in the release of the results. I don't think they'll force everyone to take the exam again. It'll cause too much burden -- studying... spending to get to test centers (some of them travel to other cities). It may deter current plans of building an NCLEX testing site in the Philippines. For those non-gapuz board takers who feel that things are unfair, don't worry too much. As I told my cousin, those who truly deserve to pass will pass regardless of leakage. God bless our future nurses!

there may or there may not have been but either way i don't think everyone will retake..people will raise hellfire and brim stone... this thing has happened before, in the bar exams as well as the local NLE...let's just pray that a sound decision will be made. after all 40, 000+ futures are at stake. let's not spread unconfirmed news yet though.. it would only heighten our anxiety... not good for us at all.

Ethan_Mike may I ask, what should she fear for her kid as with regards to USCIS? Immigration intent I believe, should only be feared when one is applying for a nonimmigrant visa, otherwise(for an immigrant visa), what should one fear? Isn't it good that they know that one is honest about immigration intent(as they want to apply for an immigrant visa)? Please clarify, as I believe you have already made an assumption that her kid would be applying for a nonimmigrant visa. thanks.

dude, one word: privacy.

I took the June 11-12 board exam and all I can say is, I did not rely on any leakage because I only relied on my knowledge, wisdom and God. So, if I will pass, I know I deserve to pass and will be a good and competent nurse. To those who had the leakage and relied on it, all i can say is shame on you! You do not deserve to be a nurse.

Did anyone of you think that this leakage thing has only been "sensationalized" now. My bestfriend who reviewed in a NON-Gapuz review center told me that when she took her boards last year, 25 questions came out in the actual board exam.....exactly the same.

dude, one word: privacy.

My question/clarification was for Ethan_Mike but allow me to answer you, because you replied:

I do understand privacy(our right to it), and I believe the person who posted a name knows about privacy in the same way as we do, it's just that she chose not to hide the name(because she has done nothing wrong). Your reply did not answer my question to Ethan_Mike directly, because I was clarifying something which he said about USCIS and immigration. I'm making a logical point right? Maybe that is why some of us fail interviews, because of the fact that we sometimes tend to go around the bush and not answer what is really asked...
