Goodluck to future nurses!!!

Jon83,

Hmmm...Actually, I think that Ethan guy has a point. Its unlawful to travel to the US with intent to immigrate using a nonimmigrant visa.

1.) If her kid holds a nonimmigrant visa now, then he cant even apply for AOS for about 60 days after landing there. If that's the case and CIS reads that thing, it would be disastrous. (Denial of entry).

2.) If he's got a green card or is a US citizen...then its cool.

3.) If he doesn't have either, its also cool, provided he doesnt apply for a nonimmigrant visa and do number 1 above. Like you said, that would be good and honest.

i also took the june 11-12 nursing licensure exam and also did review in RA gapuz review center. bout the said leakage i dont think we can call it that way its not our fault that we covered all the topic in psyche. test 5 is the easiest among the 5 test not because we have a leakage, its because its the most basic among the 5 test.if you really reviewed and have a focus on your review it will be easy for you 2 pass test5 why make a fuss about?i really feel sorry for sir Ray because i know this is just plot to destroy his career(Mahiya nman sana yung review center na yun tumingin muna ksi sa sariling dumi bago manira ng iba). and plz dont be so judgemental about the issue. be rational as much as possible and think first before you post on an issue that you dont know. lets just all hope that the decision of PRC and the Board of nursing will be fair enough to all of us.and may god always be with us no matter what happens.

i agree! i went to gapuz dec 2004 and theyr really

good in psyche thats the easiest among all the 5

i didnt sweat a single, not because we had a leakage

but because they taught us how to make it easy for

us to understand.. actually if you try to read past

board exams like the compilation you would see it there

it was just revised.. iw ent to rcap the first time +

i saw thesame question to gapuz.. but with different

appraoch

Hello Hathaway!:nuke:

Yes, I understand that, but there it was never mentioned in Ethan_Mike's post or in the lady's post that she or her kid would apply for a nonimmigrant visa, which will further support my point that USCIS is not in charge of the nonimmigrants, but the DHS(Dept. of Homeland Security) and the US embassy in general...USCIS is for immigrants and citizens in that regard.

Ethan_Mike presumed that the lady or her kid would apply for a nonimmigrant visa(which is a bad route if one has plans of immigranting in the end)...Secondly, I would want to correct that it is not the USCIS that checks on immigrants, but the DHS and the US embassy(here), helped by their different agencies to support(FBI, police, etc.)...

hmmm...last I checked, USCIS was an agency under the larger DHS umbrella, FBI's under that umbrella also...probably doesnt matter who checks what...they have to share their info with each other...it's one of the reasons why DHS was created.

Ethan_Mike may I ask, what should she fear for her kid as with regards to USCIS? Immigration intent I believe, should only be feared when one is applying for a nonimmigrant visa, otherwise(for an immigrant visa), what should one fear? Isn't it good that they know that one is honest about immigration intent(as they want to apply for an immigrant visa)? Please clarify, as I believe you have already made an assumption that her kid would be applying for a nonimmigrant visa. thanks.

hi john83.... i find immigration intent to be just a secondary concern. under no circumstance should anyone post personal details on this board (or any public board for that matter) mainly for security reasons.

im afraid he doesnt accept that... i dont know

Yes, I agree, but let us go back to the issue; I just didn't like how Ethan_Mike presented his reasons/point, it was misleading and very presumptive on his part. Please go back to his reply after that lady asked for help.

But you know, when that lady posted her son's name, it is just okey, at least we could really pray for that person...It is an act of honesty; she had no intentions whatsoever of doing anybody harm, she just asked help and if people would take advantage of her giving her kid's name, then may the mercy of God be on that person...

I simply cannot accept his line of reasoning until he admits that he committed a mistake...He is misleading others, and he must ask forgiveness from the person whom he wrongly PRESUMED...

seas 0202, you might want to thnk twice about posting your kid's name and his US immigration intent in this online forum...USCIS has access to it...unless he's already a citizen or green card holder or something like that.

And sincerely, good luck to your son and to everybody taking 6/11-12.

hi, john. i believe ethan_mike's message is only a gentle reminder.

i think you're the only one who thinks he's misleading us. i think there was no mistake committed and the lady really didnt have to post her son's whole name here. there's no issue about honesty or whatever...
