Okey, as I've posted in this thread, SHE JUST WANTED US TO ACTUALLY PRAY FOR HER SON(the complete name included just like when you offer intentions of someone in the Holy Mass, if you are a Roman Catholic), and nothing is wrong with that, contrary to ethan_mike's statement. bloodytom, please re read my posts and their posts(ethan_mike and that lady involved), maybe you will understand what I am talking about.

Carefully read and examine it line by line. Thank you.

i guess you still have no idea/experience about what people can do in the internet. this is a "public place". but very much different from the actual public place, if you know what im saying. we're not concerned about the guy's whole name. maybe just her mom.

anyway, i suggest we just stop talking about this topic as this may lead to more complicated misunderstanding. you see it from a point of view that is very much different from how we see it.

and btw, we're going offtopic here so...

Hello all. I'm also a Gapuz reviewee... I firmly believe that if ever I pass (Well...I hope) the board exam, other people will surely label me as a "cheater" along with fellow reviewees. People have been talking about this "leakage" as if it really exists and Gapuz Review Center is really the perpetuator...

But instead of becoming anxious/angry about these accusations, I really think this would really be a very good research topic to work on.

We, Filipinos,... we would readily believe in any rumors. Kasi tayo... mahilig tayo sa CHISMIS. Siguro, it has already been a part of our culture...OR, maybe, mahina lang yung power ng pag-analyze natin ng mga situations sa paligid natin so mas pinakikinggan pa natin yung chismis...

For example, sinabi ni Juan kay Pedro na may leakage ang Gapuz. Naniwala naman si Pedro! Si Pedro naman, i-chinismis kay Petra! (And so on...) Cool di bah! Sinabi lang... naniwala na! Hay naku... I'm also a Filipino but sad to say... ganun tayo kung minsan.

And ang masama pa is this.... Galit na galit si Petra. Si Petra ay umiyak.... nalungkot... Hay... Depressed... kasi it's UNFAIR talaga!!! Then, Petra cursed yung mga reviewees and ang review center ng Gapuz... Sabi pa niya, "Cheaters" daw sila.... ehem... I mean kami. :)

Question is... UNFAIR ba na may leakage ang mge reviewees ng Gapuz? (Kahit na sabi2x lang. In other words... Chismis)

Y-E-S! -> That would be the answer of most Filipinos siguro kasi chismis gives spice sa life natin.

have you read/heard the news? 91 nursing grads petition prc to suspend nsng board. accdg to inquirer. haven't read it yet.

hope these issues would stop. let's not make a big fuss out of it. it's not helping our country or any fellow nurses any good.

Wow... good thing I took the chance of checking this site today...

I too, took the exam last June 11-12. And it's true, Psych is the easiest. (No, I'm not a Gapuz reviewee. I did self review. ) But I have read his book on the subject, and indeed it has helped me a lot ! My first reaction upon seing the NP V test paper; was indeed, Gapuz reviewee would find the test easy. Then again, if you go back to the previews board exams, most of those test question are recycled.

I trust the integrity of the BON, they maybe a little inefficient in dealing with some aspects; but I believe most of it was due to the sheer volume of the examinees.

'hope the result would come out soon...

Did anyone of you think that this leakage thing has only been "sensationalized" now. My bestfriend who reviewed in a NON-Gapuz review center told me that when she took her boards last year, 25 questions came out in the actual board exam.....exactly the same.

Right. I agree. I wonder why this leakage business has been blown out of proportion at this particular time. I also heard that last year a review center also has a supposed "leaks" but nobody raised hell. I just wonder.

:argue: Hi guys, ethan_mike, Bloodytom, nrswnabee, Hathaway and my ever defender John83. Thanks for all those publicities, I never expected my asking for prayers for my son would stir a hornest's nest. Lets put the issue to rest and lets keep our fingers crossed that PRC would release the results soon. I dont believe the leakage issue, I believe in the integrity of PRC and BON. Im an MD, had taken the nursing course and passed the nursing board Dec 2004. I got hold of some Gapuz reviewer as some of my MD classmates took their review there during our time. It's true some of the review questions from the Gapuz compilation came out during our board exams but it does not necessarily mean Gapuz had the leakage. Lets have faith with the integrity of PRC and BON so we can move forward. Again, let me thank you all, may the Almighty God bless us and keep us always.

hey, john! phil. nursing of allnurses.com is such a wonderful forum, ain't it? we get TONS of info plus a peppering of craziness here and there. :trout: but what i find really heartwarming (oops, soupy...sorry) is GREAT majority of posters around here really DO HAVE GOOD intentions to offer and that includes ethanm. you've just misinterpreted/misread his post as hathaway explained. no fuss, all of us are guilty of that every so often....
