This thread is for any upcoming graduates taking NCLEX in June of 2008.
To start off with I would love to hear if anyone is taking Kaplan, or Drexel or other prep courses and why did you choose the one you did? I am looking into them and I am just not sure which one is best and why.
Thanks!

Hello,
Here you go. Hope it helps you as much as it did me. Good Luck to you!!!! This you can do online for free. I used the disc because I didn't realize this was available.

So waiting for the results??!!?? I have heard so many stories. I am in VA and some people that I have recently talked to said they waited 7 days before they found out they had passed. I took my test June 30 and it stopped at 85 questions? Most of my friends found out within 2 to 3 days while others are still waiting and slowly finding out! Has anyone ever heard of people finding out they passed well after the 3 to 4 day wait? It's so nerve racking!
I have been working with new grads a long time and have used many programs. My favorite is NCSBN online supplemented by Kaplan. Kaplan book is great for providing a framework. I suggest you read it first and learn it. Not just read it, but get everything in it under your belt and then go online and register for NCSBN online based on the number of weeks you have before your test ( 5 weeks- 8 weeks). There are assessment tests, question bank, and tutorials- everything you need to prepare. Let me know how this works out for you. The students I have worked with have all passed. Hope it works for you too.
