June 2008 NCLEX support group

Published

This thread is for any upcoming graduates taking NCLEX in June of 2008.

To start off with I would love to hear if anyone is taking Kaplan, or Drexel or other prep courses and why did you choose the one you did? I am looking into them and I am just not sure which one is best and why.

Thanks!

I took the NCLEX-PN yesterday. Computer shut off at 85, and I am freaking out!!! I got quite a few priority, a few meds, about 4 math calculations, and most of the rest were SATA's :stone

I can't stand this anxiety, and not being able to make heads or tails out of the situation

After checking my BON website frantically and repeatedly... At 3:39pm yesterday, MY NAME WAS POSTED!!! :D I passed :D

Specializes in Psychiatric.

I graduated May 16, 2008. Took the exam Thursday.....I'm in a state of depression right now because my boards site is down and I can't even see if I failed.....Keep me in your prayers:bluecry1:

Helper,

Does your state participate with quick results? If so the $8 is worth it to save yourself this mental strain instead of continually checking the board site. You are going to make yourself sick. Try to take some deep breaths and think positive. I know that is easier said than done. I remember the mental strain and second quessing while waiting for my results to post to pearson. Good Luck!!! We are all here for you.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, tachycardia, diaphoresis...

I just took the NCLEX exam this am. The exam shut off at 75 questions. I felt like I knew nothing. And now I'm sick to my stomach.

Specializes in L&D.

I just checked and found out that I passed! Like everyone else I was convinced I failed, I didn't know anything on that test. I feel like I guessed one very single question. I also had a ton of SATA, somewhere in the neighborhood of 20-30. I am so glad I passed!!

how long did it take everyone who is doing suzanne4's first tip to finish it??? it's taking me a loooong time! i'm almost done, though, and i'll be sending for my att as soon as i'm done doing her first tip.
