June 2008 NCLEX support group

This thread is for any upcoming graduates taking NCLEX in June of 2008.

To start off with I would love to hear if anyone is taking Kaplan, or Drexel or other prep courses and why did you choose the one you did? I am looking into them and I am just not sure which one is best and why.

Well I have two nights and one morning to study and then I am done before I test on Thursday morning. I am getting so nervous. I feel much more ready and confident then I was the last time I tested but I still don't feel ready and I am starting to panic that I will meet doom yet again. :banghead::confused:

For those still waiting for results I wish you luck and for those late June testers good luck to us!!! :heartbeat

Just try to stay positive. If you've tested before, you know what to expect this time...the procedure, etc.

You've studied your orifice off, now go get'r done! :chuckle

You know this stuff! When you are reading the NCLEX questons, read from the last option to the first, then the question and then the question with the option that you know is right. I started reading options first my first semester of nursing school and it made all of the difference. It really jogs your brain. Breathing and clearing your mind is a HUGE deal in remaining calm. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

Thank you thank you thank you to all of you amazing people who helped keep me positive and sane throughout this whole experience!!!! Hello to all,

I took my NCLEX yesterday and felt numb, dazed and confused by the time I got out of the testing center. My test cut off at 75 - 11 SATA -even had one with 8 different drugs in it, 1 med calc, prioritization, delegation, law, from what I can remember. I cannot even remember my first question.

Will check back with everyone soon.
