Hi everyone,
I have the feeling that those of us who are going to take our nclex in July should start to share our
ideas and views and at the same time encourage each other in any way we can.I
strongly believe that the earlier the better,and together we can make it in Jesus NAME.
STUDY,STUDY,STUDY. PRAY,PRAY,PRAY. We will be successful. For me I have been
changing my date because I am doing Kaplan online, LA Charity,Exam cram and
using Saunders as my ref. book. It's your turn to share your ideas. Thanks and
Welcome to this study group.
Took it today... would like to say that I was well prepared, but the only thing I was prepared for was to say, "what the heck?!?!?!" and know that this is a NORMAL feeling during the test. It shut off at 75, while I was hoping it wouldn't. I didn't feel like I had gotten any of them right. Yikes.Got the good pop up. Not celebrating yet, but I believe I'll have one or two tonight, just to celebrate the fact that, at least for today, it's over. Whew.
CONGRATULATIONS:yeah::yeah:
:nurse:
:nurse: in advance, go ahead and celebrate:):):):)
Tell us what helped.
I take NCLEX-RN on next Monday, the 19th, and I am getting kind of nervous. I feel like I have studied hard. I have already done over 3800+ practice questions – my goal is 5000 before my test day but I will be happy if I get to 4000+. I have read all of the chapters in Saunders (except Pharm and Mental Health….I just felt like reading about all the different medication were not going to get the information to stick and that practice questions would help me retain the medications better and I have also been good with Psych questions). I have been working through my LaCharity PDA book (working on the case studies now) and I just finished reading all of the section in Kaplan Strategies 2010-2011 book (I just have the 2 practice test to complete). I just keep telling myself that I can do this and that I can pass the NCLEX.

Hi Precious,
You are doing well already, keep it up and Goodluck to you.
I took the free practice test at the Kaplan center yesterday. I did alright, but had seen a lot of the questions on their website. If you haven't been to their site, it is worth looking at. They have some free questions with rationale. You can register for free 20 question sample test. I take my test tomorrow. I feel like I don't know what I know and don't know. We shall see.

Hi siegrid :) good luck to your exam on august :) Same here, I can't afford review classes so I'll be relying on books. May I know where did you buy your kaplan 2010 - 2011 book & la charity book? Thanks in advance. God bless.:)
