Hi Friends!
I am taking the NCLEX in January. I will graduate from my Accelerated BSN program in mid-December, just before Christmas. This is an 11.5 month ABSN program and is make-your-head-spin-fast!
I am still deciding whether I will take the Hurst Review or the Kaplan Review, but I do have the Saunders 4th Edition NCLEX-RN Comprehensive Review book. It is huge! Honestly, I feel overwhelmed and feel like I do not know where to begin. I will just begin at the beginning! Care to join me on this wild ride?!?! We can encourage one another along the way!:typing
As part of my study program, I want to incorporate exercising at least 20 minutes a day and eating healthier snacks. Grabbing an apple and cheese instead of pepsi and cheetos!:pumpiron:
Let's do this thing!!!!
:yelclap:
Im taking my NCLEX a week from today. The nerves are definitely setting in. Oh faithful study group, do you have the answers to either of the following questions?
1) does breastmilk have any c/i with lactose intolerance
2) how frequent must you assess for AV fistula bruit/thrill
Just some questions I havent been able to answer
good luck to all
I am taking nclex in 1 week as well! I haven't really studied too much so I hope I will be ok, I used the saunders book throughout school and feel I need to review endocrine, maternity and pedi.
don't know about breastmilk; but assess fistula q shift and pre dialysis; post dialysis you have to monitor for bleeding
