Welcome.... This is a thread created for January 2014 Broward College students and others who are interested in there ADN program. We all have so many questions and concerns about the program.
We are 7-8 months away from sitting in the first class of the January 2014 nursing program. What have you been doing to prepare for this? What pre-req's do you have left to take? What inspired you to become a nurse? Is BC your first school of chose? Are there any other programs your interested in?

"Juicy curse words" I like that. Lol. I did too. I'm just getting burnt out. I mean I'm not going to quit but I'm just anxious to pass Psych and get on with Maternity. His psych exams are ridiculous.
Butterfly,, is Psy your first rotation after Process II? I am doing Psy. first after Health Alt....idk...I may need some Psy. help (literally) when this is all over!!! Just kidding (I think) lol

No. Psych is after GIGU (well mine is). It depends on what you prefer. You can choose between Psych, OB and Peds but then you have to go in the order they choose for you. I may be in need of psy help already. :/
Sorry to hear you failed your test. I'm sure you will do better next time. I have a question, for the tb test does it have to be the ppd test or can it be a blood test because my dr only does the blood test

Either is fine. I did a chest X-ray they said it was fine.
