  1. All I can tell you is know your stuff. Vital sign , locate the apical pulse, walk the chest and don't look confuse because you will be eaten up. Good luck. Practice and be on time.
  2. How long is the actual program?
  3. You would rarely find any KU student's come on here, due to the fact the program is amount of materials that need to be covered in a short of amount of time, as well as the lack of semester breaks. Have you tried to visit a KU location and speak with a current student there? If not, I would recommend that. Hope this helps.
  4. Hey fearless_leader, wish you best of luck.
  5. For those who may be reading this. I just want to say some people (hints ^) spend their time publishing offensive comments on blogs and forums for no other reason but to incite drama. That being said, if you're interested in any school do your homework by researching the school, such as looking on the FBON site and viewing their NCLEX-RN pass rate and their accreditation. You will find commentators who hide behind an anonymous disguise making all kinds of statements to deter readers and/or your decision about things in life. Unfortunately this is the world we live in, that being said, ignore and agree to disagree, and keep it moving. Also, check out campercass on post #5.
  6. Keiser is not a rip off...It's a private institution. This whole 'rip-off' statement is so old and done with.
  7. I forgot to mention on the previous post, that this is directed to South campus. BCMurse congrats!
  8. No, the program does not support or allow any electronic devices whatsoever. Buy the books, and not the text. Also, recording is not allowed as well. Good luck.
  9. If you want to be cost affective, and if the sneakers are in somewhat good condition just white it out, only if the markings are small.
  10. The funds will be available 12/9 when class payments are due (so they say). If your able to get things you can afford out of pocket, then do so until they decide what their going to do.
  11. It will be available next month...
  12. Wasn't to sure of how they would fit so I brought one set of scrub. I initially tried the top in medium and it fit just right, so l got a large instead. I want to be comfortable and professional rather then 'Hello Nurse' type of way. That being said I purchased the large top and draw string bottom. I was thinking about purchasing a white polo shirt, but wasn't to sure.
  13. Does anyone know if the book-list is up-to-date more so the Perry and Potter set? Thanks for any responses...
  14. South has the updated orientation packet for our term? The last time I checked there weren't any.
