Welcome.... This is a thread created for January 2014 Broward College students and others who are interested in there ADN program. We all have so many questions and concerns about the program.
We are 7-8 months away from sitting in the first class of the January 2014 nursing program. What have you been doing to prepare for this? What pre-req's do you have left to take? What inspired you to become a nurse? Is BC your first school of chose? Are there any other programs your interested in?
I did my background check online last week. Also did a drug test, chest x-Ray, flu shot and titers. Just waiting on results of my titers. All I have left is the tetorifice vaccine and finger printing.
I've done everything except for the drug test. I will be doing that on Friday. Today I am doing the last of my ceu's which is domestic violence and I am also waiting for the results from my titers. Everything is coming together lol
